Vehicle was vain very rough shape!
The rental process was quick and pain free. The only thing that I was not satisfied was the vehicle, which gave us a hard time with folding and unfolding the lift for the wheelchair. It did not reliably work sometime during our vacation and had to use the manual option. Otherwise, they have been excellent with paperwork and process.
Love the experience everything was good
My wife became bad enough that she needs a handicap vehicle so this is the first time renting a handicap van. Without renting the van my wife wouldn't of have the best time ever, being able to participate in our family reunion. Yes renting is worth every cent when you rent from Florida Van Rental.

The van was great! It was perfect for what we needed. The only issue we had was the auto locks did not work and we had to do it manually EVERYTIME. One of us had to climb to back to lock and unlock each time.
Van was exactly as requested. Great and friendly service
Vehicle was a wheel chair van. It was not the most luxurious vehicle I ever rented but it did the job and it was extremely easy to get my Dad in and out of the van on his wheel chair. It was pretty noisy on the highway but like I said, it served its purpose well. I didn't meet anyone in person (they left the van for me in a parking lot and I dropped it off at the same place) but all communication with them was prompt and courteous.
