Our family enjoyed the van we rented for the week. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival and the staff was pleasant to work with.
Great van, great value until I got Jacked with hidden fees that I did not see. I did not realize that I could not go out of state. I still put the same mileage on where I first planned on going but I got charged extra mileage for going out of state even though it was unlimited mileage. I was also charged an extra cleaning fee for vacuuming. I figured that was included. I did not know I needed to detail it before return. Was also called a liar via text. Other than that was a great van!

I have been renting from this company since 2004 and everything has always been great.
Van size was perfect for our needs but needed some basic maintenance (vents and seat trim pieces broken or falling off).:Instructions for getting in and out of rental lot not clear. When we returned the van, guy at gate had to call office to get our code to let us back on lot. He was laughing with van office about why he was calling. If it happens that often, maybe process should be changed.
Was very surprise how quick and simple it all process was for me to rent. Also appreciate the agent forth in getting me the Van in timely fashion
