Great service!
The handicap van was well used with lots of manual parts, but it served our purpose perfectly.
The people I talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable, my only complaint is about the van itself. Wipers were really bad and it had no washer fluid to clean the windshield. It was really bad when I have to drive at night or when it rained.

We rented a wheelchair accessible van and I could not have been happier with the service we received. It was quick and everything went smoothly in the pickup and return process. This was our second time renting from them and we will definitely do it again. Great company !!

Had a slight hiccup during our vacation and they made sure to correct it. Customer service is outstanding.
Requested a side entry ramped van. Rental agreement stated the van would seat 5 able bodied individuals. We were a group of 5 with one in wheelchair and one in a car seat. Arrived to find a side entry with the passenger seat removed to which the agency responded that 5 would fit. Insisted and got another van. This van had a MANUAL RAMP!! The agency stated that they had no other vehicles and that there would not be any change in price.
