The rear passenger door was not closing!
Easy pickup and return ,no problem with vehicle
Overall exemplary customer service and spotless vehicle. Check steering in this one. Seemed a bit loose.
The directions for pick up were a little unclear and the number to text for a pickup was not in the paper work — when you call for a shuttle the number to text was extremely long and spoken too fast
Florida Van Rentals was very courteous and extremely worth the money. We had an exceptional experience with them.
The only complaint was that we had to walk a very long way to get the van. It was parked on long term parking. After a 2 hour flight with 3 babies this is the last thing I wanted to do.
Close to airport and very easy to navigate pick up and drop off
Need more space between the 2 back seats to fit wheelchair better.
The vehicle we received so disappointing-especially for the Over $600 price. It was an older model (2012), many aftermarket items in it, dashboard was cracked, Windows scratched, rusted exposed parts inside vehicle, a/c on its last leg, alignment was awful, the brake pedal squeaks, Console was separated from dashboard, power windows didn’t work. ordered 2 car seats, they weren’t there. While Michael was very nice, we had to drive to Walmart and buy our own car seats-waiting to be reimbursed
This agency was easy to work with, though my schedule kept changing. They allowed me to extend the rental, then drop off at another location.
