The van on day had the air conditioner parts falling out. Then the second day the air quit on us. We had to drive the next morning 45 min to get another one
Staff was great. Vehicle did what we needed it to do. Price was the best we could find.
Had the best car rental experience ever. The easiest pickup and drop-off. Every time I called the office I spoke to a human being who answered every question. Vehicle was in great condition and it was my first time renting a special handicap accessible vehicle. Thank you and hope to use your service again in the future.

Rental company went above and beyond to meet my needs at the last minute for a great value.
There were mostly minor issues like: because we never rented a wheelchair van before it took a couple of days to figure things out; the remote was disabled so we had to go to the driver's door, unlock, reach inside and unlock all doors before going around to open the back hatch for entry and exit; the left footrest of the wheelchair would drop on occasion.
The workers were great. My first car worked for one day and the door on the drivers side would not close, the second car was a mess it had wires hanging at the bottom of the doors and thank God we made it to the drop off because if we stayed one more day. The door with ramp would not close. I did call and requested another van but was told I would need to bring it into the office. I was on vacation I did not find the need to work.
Poor customer service and extremely poor inventory. Broken vehicles were provided with no compensation or resolution provided. When asked about replacing the broken vehicles with functional vehicles, was told there nothing they could do to fix the situation. I have never been this disappointed with any type of rental until now.
