The van condition was below my expectations, other than that everything was good.

I was informed vehicle was Toyota van with side wheel chair entry. Van received was 2016 Chrysler T&C with rear entry. I was also told there would be van rental document (rental agreement) in glove box, there was no document. I left message where van was returned, did not receive message van was received.
This is the ONLY place I rent with in Orlando. You can't beat them!

This was such an awesome deal!! Everyone was wonderful... The online registration was simple!!! Great place!!!
We requested a rear entry van, and received a side entry van. The van had multiple technology issues, which we were forced to deal with when we arrived at the airport (11:00 pm). The issues with the van continued throughout our entire trip. Upon arrival at the airport, the van was left for us two parking garages away. This is not at all conducive when traveling with a handicapped child, not to mention having to pay more than double the amount of a regular rental vehicle.
