We were happy with the rental process but we were not happy that we didn't have room for our luggage in the back. We requested a 15 passenger van and expected to be able to lay down the back seats to make room but was unable to do that. We made it work but it was not easy. I wish it was known when you are renting and picking a vehicle that the seats will not be able to be laid down or removed. That would have changed our mind to rent the 12 passenger van instead.
This was a great rental experience all the staff were very helpful and communication was fast and very friendly!

Everything went smoothly with our rental.. Would be nice if did not need to rent minimum of 3 days, especially with cruises. Still a good value.

We have rented wheelchair vans from Florida Van Rentals numerous times over the past several years. Their staff--particularly Marylin--is always helpful and on top of things. Will do so again.
