We waited to be picked up at MCO for one hour. We called numerous times and was told 3 minutes, 8 minutes
and once no one answered the phone.
This is the major downside because our son was extremely tired sitting in his chair 2 hours before the flight,
2.5 hours on the flight and one hour waiting for the van. The plus side is that both drivers were pleasant.
Michael was very friendly and gave us some helpful tips.

Although the van was a little beat up, mostly on the inside & some on the outside & to be expected with all the people who have rented it in the past, it ran great, had brand new tires and was very clean. EXCELLENT on gas, loved that! It fit our needs very well.

I rented a wheelchair accessible van so I could drive my cousin around while I was in Florida. The vehicle I was given was well equipped, drove well and best of all the doors and ramp were fully automated so that removed some of the stress and strain. In fact, when you press the button to lower the ramp, the van itself also lowers by several inches which greatly reduces the slope, thereby making it even easier to push a wheelchair in and out. I would definitely recommend using this company.

The price was fantastic, and the customer service was superb. I would certainly rent from Florida Van Rentals Inc. again.
Booked 2 months in advance. Arrived to vehicle and it had 95000+ miles on it, trim pieces were missing, damaged instrument panel plastic, huge scrapes in driver side, window, dents and rear door looked was all damaged on both top corners. Then power window switches, but they had swapped out the power window doors for roll down window crank doors. It looked like they jigsawed this vehicle together. I would have paid full price gladly, but not for what they delivered. I rejected it for full refund
