I rent from them atleast 2x a year
We have been renting from Florida Van Rental for many years and I will continue to rent from them for my company.
Rental was a pick up from a specified airport parking lot. Car had a tire low on pressure. While re-inflating, noticed a nail punctured it. Called, was no possible to know about a conventioned repair shop. Had to change the tire myself at my expenses (waiting reimbursement).
Dashboard notified oil change due, the keys "lock" button was not working, wheels were evidently imbalanced (strongly pulling to the left, impressive steering wheel vibrations above 60 MPH). Very poor vehicle maintenance
I think this company is a scam. Ruined our family vacation without any remorse. I will put the word as much as I can to prevent people to be played by this company. You are so disorganized that after you cancelled my reservation you ask me for a survey. You guys are a joke!!!!!!!!!!!
I was very happy with the rental and the price was great. The pickup could have been communicated better, but overall it was a great experience and I'd rent from this company again.

Suppose to be side van with gps and free tolls never told were things were hide poor said we smoked we dont smoke
The accessible van was perfect for us!! Clean and well maintained.
The van was pretty dirty on the inside. and we weren't aware that it was going to be a manual ramp. May have been in the fine print and I missed it but the price I was expecting an electric one. The back hatch door when it open is way too high for a 5 foot 2 inch person. A strap would have been nice.
