My four year anniversary weekend ruined! My husband and I planned on renting a Jeep to drive to South Beach with the top down and enjoy our weekend. As parents we only get this opportunity once. after completing our reservation 2 weeks in advanced we received a piece of junk, the top could not go down or up, it was leaking and the owner refuse to give me a refund or even speak to me. This place is a scam!

Staff was great
Everything was great but it was a different van than I requested. The van was out of windshield washer fluid and the wiper blades were poor.
Very easy to work with, pickup and drop off.
Customer service and communication was prompt and excellent. The condition of the Jeep could have been better. There were dents and scratches everywhere and the zippers on the windows were falling apart.
