I have been very satisfied every time I rent a vehicle from this company. I rented 5 vans from them so far this year, and service has been excellent.
The only problem I had was the van was park a ways from the airport and I had a lot of medical luggage and a wheelchair I was carrying. The airport helpers did not know where the van was parked. Other then that we would use your service again. Thank you.
The rental procedure was very easy And the Van was better than I expected. I will definitely recommend anyone who needs to rent a Van with this company And in the future I would rent again From Florida event rentals

This van was in a lot worse shape than our previous rentals.
Remote door locks didn't work, headlights very dim, vertical door trim loose, rear interior light kept dropping, wheelchair restraints took 2 hands to latch due to spring catch not holding position.

The vehicle had mechanical issues, needed a alignment really BAD. When trying to open the latch you would get black tar all over your fingers and the door got stuck at times. The alignment was so bad I was afraid of driving the car. I called and was told that it was an economy vehicle I chose so it should be expected. I had to explain to the girl that economy didn’t mean mechanical issues. I spoke to Mike because flight was delayed therefore I didn’t have to pay for having the van 3 extra ho
