Although I asked for a rear entry van,I ended up with a side entry, which turned out OK in the end as it was a manual ramp. I had trouble with a motorised side entry van a couple of years ago and wasn’t impressed.
Hello this email is for my rental van when I went to pick it up. I did not have a good experience with my first time with this company. there was no one really there to help me and guide me on where to pick my vehicle up in the parking lot. When I got to the van finally, it was dirty and the seats were all stained. Broken head rests and broken arm rest. When I was driving the vehicle I couldn’t exceed 45 mph because the engine start making loud noises as if it couldn’t change gears or someth
The process was great! We were picked up at the airport and taken to WalleyPark Airport Parking to pick up my rental van. This was a great process and I look forward in doing it again soon.

I was disappointed not to get the economy van and felt that because I requested it and before I signed the contract it was rented to another party - a reduced fee for the substitute would have been appreciated and appropriate. I feel it would have been appropriate because it does not say on the website that there is only one economy van available on a first come-first serve basis. Otherwise, the rental was smooth and easy.
Van needed to be fumigated because there were ants inside.

When I picked up the red Jeep Wrangler, the back window of the soft top had a broken zipper so it wouldn’t close. The top itself didn’t secure to the Jeep well and there was a tear on the top bar in the rear passenger side. The soft top was an issue the whole time I was there. It was extremely difficulty to open and close. I own a Jeep so I know how to work the soft tops and this was difficult. Also, the driver seat floor was soaking wet after driving for a little bit.
