The heavily tinted side windows were a safety hazard that made it very difficult to operate the vehicle safely, especially at night.

The pick up and drop off service was not available. The Dodge van engine sounded like it needed a tune up. Driver seat shifts.
We needed a vehicle to accommodate a motorized wheelchair. There’re was plenty of room for 6 passengers plus all our luggage and carryons. Also, the office personnel were very courteous.

Was provided unclear directions on the location of the vehicle. The AC did not work properly. I called to request a new vehicle. They could not meet my needs and said they’d refund me for 2 days instead of getting me a new car. They did NOT follow through with their offer and instead told me after I returned the car that he AC was working fine. It was NOT. I don’t appreciate being lied to and for offers being taken away. TERRIBLE management here.
My family had a GREAT experience renting our 15 passenger van for a family trip! Enterprise employees were very professional, even calling us ahead to pre-register and confirming our rental. Louise and Thacha were amazing! We picked up the vehicle at a very busy time for them and they were so courteous to every person who walked in and all the phone calls that were constantly ringing. They took the time to make sure we were happy with our rental. Thank you so much for making this a great rental!
