Poor communication, had to hunt down van after ONLY being told van was in "long term parking lot", it was a big area to search for license plate number to go on. Van had tire bouncing, large gap between door and door jam, you could put your finger through it, major wind noise, one seat belt didn't work. Difficult to get in touch with. Have rented vehicles before with offsite companies and have never had this much difficulty picking up and dropping off a vehicle. Very stressful experience
Overall, the van was in decent condition. In the display it said the van needed an oil change. I had to pay $34 for parking when I picked it up because the parking lot attendant said it was not a handicap accessible van. I lost my receipt so I can't prove it but I did pay for it.
Bad rental experience from beginning to end. Poor customer service from the outset. And the van itself had major flaws. The air conditioning didn't work and made for a terrible driving experience in Florida's summer heat and humidity. And the sliding door didn't close properly, causing the interior lights to flip on overnight and drain the battery. After we returned the van we were charged $174 for gas that cost the rental company $43, a $131 sur charge for pumping gas.
I rented a 12 passenger E350 van, kind of thought it would be a transit style van. Rental process , paperwork part was very easy and smooth! CHECK YOUR car insurance policy, I had unexpected costs having to add extra insurance because of my own policy, NO FAULT of rental company. Van location at airport was sent in a text , which made it super easy to find.
The vehicle was used to transport 12 14 year old girls to and from tournaments. We were not given a replacement vehicle when our vehicle had issues. We had a vehicle we couldn't drive over 40mph 4 days of a 7 day rental.

The van I requested was supposed to fit up to 13 people and one wheelchair-bound person. The van I received had 2 front row seats, one bench seat at the very back of the van that you had to access by climbing over the front seat or climbing over the back bench seat. There was no easy access to the seating for those of us riding in the back. Very uncomfortable and unacceptable.
