When we went to pick up the van we could not find the keys as indicated on the email. Once we found the keys we got in the van and it smelled of smoke, it was dirty. When we got the van on the interstate the front and shook up violently and I felt the van was unsafe for my children and grandchildren.

The only thing I was concerned with was that I was unable to inspect the vehicle and make notes about the condition. Yes, I knew it was going to be a used vehicle. I was a little worried about being charged for damages already there. But I took a leap of faith and assumed that I would not be charged because of the age of the vehicle. Other than that I would definitely rent from them again. I did not encounter any problems so I didn't even bother to make sure I had a phone number to contact.

This is the first time renting a wheelchair accessible van and although it was what we needed it would have been better if it had been newer..

The vehicle was fine for what we needed, the pickup situation was a smooth as could be though may have been better to grab from an actual pickup counter or 3rd party counter instead of leaving an unlocked vehicle parked in a surface lot for a few days.
Vehicle was as described and price was great. Only downsides were the electronic locks were broken so had to manually unlock each door every time, also the AC only worked on 1 speed setting & pieces of plastic were breaking off the seat covers
