Van wasn't ready at scheduled pick up time. Didn't receive any updates from. Van wasn't vacuumed at time of pick up.

Called billing contact twice. Never rec'd phone call back. So I would give their customer service a so-so. Otherwise, the van was really nice and suited out needs and was available when we needed it.
You guys ROCK! We are so blessed to have found you. It beats dealing with a national rental car company, that requires you to wait in line a couple hours just to get the keys for the car. Your checkin and checkout process was so smooth and easy, it’s almost like it was a dream. Ha. We will be booking with you every time we’re in FL, and I’ll be passing your info to other coaches at our university so they can book with you too!

The van itself was great. When I arrived at the airport I was not aware of the pickup procedure. It took a while for the shuttle to pick us up. The whole process took us about an hour from the time we landed to the pickup.
