no one would take responsibility for the ADA shuttle not being available... at the time of night we ended up arriving at/ Wally Parking said it was Florida Vans responsibility... Florida vans saiud it was Wally's so the diabled person and I suffered the consequences and hindsight says this could have been a huge lawsuit.......if any thing had happened..... should have at least paid us for the risk and mental anguish I went thru.... UGH... not a great start to our vacation
IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE
No local office. Had to search the airport parking lots for the vehicle. Vehicle fee fair. Add on fees very expensive. Extension of rental stated only done by written request but telephone call received two hours before required turn in time asked if I wanted to extend. No advance warning. Will crawl before I use this company again.
Although the van was a bit bigger than we wanted, it was in great condition and provided a very comfortable riding experience for us while we were in Florida. It was surprisingly great on gas, and it was a perfect fit for our family.

We have traveled to the Orlando area many times. My son uses a wheelchair to get around and this is the first time we’ve rented an accessible van. It gave my son a huge sense of relief not to have to transfer into a non accessible car. We found we went places we wouldn’t have normally. Picks up and drop off at the airport we’re super convenient and the van was impeccable. Will definitely rent from here in the future.

The van was very nice and pickup/drop off was perfect. We were very pleased with the van experience. Staff was knowledgeable, but unprofessional at times. They would have side conversations with other staff while I was on the phone. One person called me and didn't realize they had called me. I was very glad they were competent to help us, but their service could be polished.
Great rental van will certainly use again.
