The price I was quoted is exactly the price I got, except the price did not include taxes. Would have been nice to have the total taxes included in the quote. But they were the cheapest and a car was very clean, and everything was great.

They hid the taxes from me
I travel with a toddler and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The only issue I had was that I arrived during rush hour and the pick-up shuttle had just left. It took it about 40 minutes for it to come back to pick us up. By the time it came back, my baby had fallen asleep and Alex, the driver, took care of all of our bags and stroller, so I could just carry the baby. It would be great if they could get a second van, but I would definitely rent again from them.

But I figured out the site that I MAs the reservation doesn’t explained where the place I should be. Misunderstand communication.
The quote that was offered was not honored. when we reached their office, we were told new things new quotes, and with a high price and almost 30% higher than what we got online originally. We were told to take or leave it and when we told them it is too high price now, the manager threatened to cancel it and give this car to someone else. the quote given to us was 275 and we were told to pay 365 dollars plus extra charges at the end of the contract they charged our credit card extra 150 dollars
