They were so kind. There was a new big scratch on the car and I was really stressed about it. The employee was very calming and sweet and they sent a quote right away that I feel was fair. I highly recommend this company.

Clean and nice car with 10K miles, employees were very welcoming and kind, would 200% return and recommend. Only thing is that I did not know there would be an additional daily charge for third party coverage
