We had a great experience, staff were kind and helpful. We will be back to Cayman next year and will certainly rent again. The best car rental agency in the island!

The Manager and staff are excellent! We go there every year and I would use them every time. The car I requested wasn’t available and the Manager Dewayne called me before we left and went over the cars that were available that week. The cars are well maintained, we had an issue with one of the car doors and they immediately exchanged the vehicle for another so we could get on with our vacation. Can not say enough about how happy we were using this company.

Insurance options weren’t included in the daily quoted price so that resulted in a bit of a surprise when I was asked to select an insurance package upon picking up the vehicle; and the basic comprehensive package of $13.95 per day is quite substantial, being 57% of the quoted rental price of $24.40 per day. Also, the car had more wear and tear / dents and scratches than you’d normally expect from a rental and wasn’t that smooth on the road (wheel alignment / balancing issues I suspect).

As you can appreciate we cannot address small scrapes or door-dings after every rental and usually re-fresh painting per quarter. We also note that you extended your rental from one week for a further 6 days and is still in the rental. We do not rent our cars with wheel alignment needed and we would like to have this immediately addressed. We shall be in-touch shortly so that we can swap this rental out and trust you shall find this 2021/2022 model more your liking. Coverage/Protection options for all rental car agencies are offered at the counter. Our protection options are highly desired and our customers let us know that when the appropriate protection is applied that our rates are the best. We work hard at keeping our rental rates low and allow for rental coverage to be chosen by our customers based on their analysis for risk determination/tolerance and meeting all legal requirements for coverage. If you pay with a debit card, you’ll be charged an additional deposit on top of the rental fee when you pick up your car. This is common, however for most of the rental companies in Grand Cayman the deposit amount is astronomically high. This company charged a very small deposit; I got it back very quickly after the end of my rental session. The full-coverage insurance was also very cheap. The affordability and customer service quality at this company is unmatched. Would rent from them again.
