They didn't have the car I chose online so I was downgraded one tier. Would have been fine but the car I got was really abused. It has no windshield washer fluid which at times became dangerous and I needed to pull over. The car also pulled to the left and was out of alignment.
Basically the service and people were all great but the car itself was a piece of junk.

Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed your file and note the following: Your request a premium rental 3 days prior to pick-up date. It is high-season and reservations were high. We secured you in a similar (as advised on the booking platform) but decided to also adjust your rate. You were secured in a 2019 rental with less than 40K miles. We know that the car's windshield motor was on order and it was flagged for an inconvenience discount. However, you were not given that at the counter and we shall process this to your credit card today. We have flagged the wheel alignment (thank you) and it shall be checked post-haste. Most issues are resolved at general maintenance and others we become aware from customers as in all things mechanical they may happen from time to time. We trust you enjoyed your holiday in the Cayman Islands and hope we may be able to serve you again in the future.
Great experience with GoCayman! A few minutes from the airport. We were picked up promptly. You just need to call them when you get through customs. Friendly staff and a clean car.

Only comment, when you are standing at the rental counter working on your rental, the rental agent should NOT answer the phone, except for a 5 or 10 second conversation. NO exceptions.

Wonderful service from wonderful people. Their shuttle service was very prompt (and the driver kind and entertaining). I would definitely use Savemore again and will recommend them to others.
Nice clean car no pro lems renting
Great service. Friendly staff. Best rental rates. I was very pleased with the process.
They did not pick me up as promised. I spoke to the rep before I arrived, and I was instructed to call when I was ready from the Airport. pick up. I called 8 times, and no one answered the phone. I was forced to walk to Another car rental agency at the airport. Really bad. Yes, I was confirmed.

Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed the file on your reservations and note the following: Your reservation was cancelled as a No Show in our system. On your booking request you have that you arrive at 11:30am on Sunday, 19th and we are currently open at 12:30pm on Sundays. This info is displayed on our website and the system would not have allowed you to book any time before 12:30pm on a Sunday. If you arrived as you indicated then that would explain why when you called there would not have been an answer. However, we note in our records that when you did not call at 1:00pm when you had the scheduled pick-up, we tried calling you numerous times to no avail. We can only apologize that we failed to connect. Our courtesy shuttle runs a normal service 6 days a week and limited service for Sunday scheduled pick-ups. We note your local address and hope we shall have an opportunity to show you the SaveMore Service difference in the future. Thank you again
Prompt at arrival from airport. Easy drop off. Car was very clean and staff was very helpful.
