Very friendly driver for pickup.

Charged for both $50 cleaning fee, although I cleaned it prior to drop off. In addition, charged an additional insurance charge although I did not want it.

Security refund is too cumbersome and has not been received.

Our records indicate you deposit was refunded 23 March to your Amex card. The banks tale 1 - 3 business days for refunds to hit your account. You should check with your bank. We were never picked up. The communication on pick up was horrible and we were never picked up.

Our records indicate that you were a no show. On all of our confirmations and booking platforms the shuttle service is highlighted along with the number to call. We do not know when a customer is out of customs until you call at curbside. Our records indicate that a normal on-time service was running the day of your arrival. We do not know why you missed us but hope we may be able to extend the SaveMore Rent A Car differnce when you are next back to the Cayman Islands.
Service was great, close to airport, much better rate on short notice compared to larger rental agencies who want 3 times the rate.

We were double charged for the second driver. I paid cash earlier and didn't realize it was on the invoice again until after I left. Hopefully we will get it sorted out.
