Location of airport is inconvenient and rates are no cheaper than at the airport. They are only open on Sunday if they feel like it and you have to fend for yourself together a ride after dropping off the car. Not a good thing for tourists!

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry you feel that way. For the facts: our listed business hours on Sundays (for arrivals only) are currently 12:30p - 3:30p. Our team advises customers with a Sunday departure date of the return process including our key-drop box as well as providing taxi numbers for rebooking the short 3 - 5 minute ride to the terminal as the shuttle service is not available during the off-hours. The shuttle service is fully available Monday - Saturday. You shall be happy to know that we are currently updating our Sunday service including the shuttle service on those days. We sincerely hope you enjoyed your holiday.
We had the best experience with GoCaymen rentals! They were prompt to pick us upon arrival to shuttle us to the store. The staff was super friendly, nice and fun. After we dropped our car rental off they shuttled us right to the airport. Again the staff was so outgoing. I highly recommend renting your car here. We will definitely return!

Shuttle drivers were very courteous, traffic in the area around the airport is a bit overwhelming, allow ample time for anything in this area, especially if a cruise ship is in port

We had a fantastic experience! They picked up up within minutes of us arriving at the airport, registration was quick and had us on our way in about 10 minutes.
Our car was exactly what we needed, great condition and great gas milage.
Drop off literally took 2 minutes and everyone was so friendly. Would definitely recommend
Staff was great. Pickup from airport was quick. They were closed Sunday so we needed a taxi to take us to the airport and the guy charged us $20 usd
