Charged $60 for cleaning after dropping off the car. I had it for 3 weeks and it was normal amount for usage. Felt taken advantage of for the additional charge. Never been charged a cleaning fee in the 10yrs of car rental in Cayman. Be warned!

Hi Mr. S. Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed our notes on the rental and noted the following: The car had excessive sand in the car. We do advise customers about returning with excessive sand/mud/wet seats as the charges for cleaning our vehicles are determined and handled by a third-party vendor. The return agent, unfortunately, missed the length of time for your rental (3 weeks) and the necessary discretion not applied in this case . Our manager has required for a full refund of this charge to you. One of our Customer Service Reps shall be in-contact to process this applied fee back to your card. We shall eat this charge from the vendor in this case. We hope you otherwise enjoyed the rental and your holiday in the Cayman Islands. Thank you for making it SaveMore Rent A car. Staff were very helpful and polite and answered all questions quickly. They fixed an issue with a late charge immediately which we really appreciated!
Good rental company. Decent price as well
They were short on staff due to illness so it took a little longer to get car but that would not stop me from using them again. Price was very reasonable and car was just fine for the 2 of us - clean, ran good and served our needs

Flight arrived about three hours late and thirty minutes past office hours for the rental agency. Got a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Called the rental agency the following morning. They had released our reserved car to someone else and didn't have another one available for us. No cars to be had on the island for our five days on the island. Very frustrating.
The staff were very friendly and made the entire rental car process smooth and easy. I highly recommend this rental car company
This reservation was good, however I had another reservation for Dec 20-22 which was cancelled 3.5weeks after it was made (1 week before the needed date) and that was very infuriating. I understand if the reservation was cancelled a day or 2 after it was made, but not 3.5weeks. This made me no trust the company for future rentals.
