Staff was super friendly and courteous. Car was great for Cayman island. One issue. The previous renter put a dent in the front, so we had to see the dent and “hanging lip” issue. We took it back and the mechanic pushed it back in but it fell off again. No big deal. Just unsightly. Otherwise, all good.
Everything was really great. So friendly and helpful.

Their service was amazing. Especially Jonathan Jackson, he was super kind and waited after hours for our flight to arrive. my emails were answered immediately. Their rates were the best i ever saw. i would definitely rent with them again in the future. They pick you up at the airport. I recommend using their services.

The staff was great. Fair pricing for the vehicle. Jonathan handled everything at my pick up and drop off. Would absolutely use them again.

The pick-up driver left our client at the airport since he was delayed at customs. we had no one to pick him up and this was honestly an inconvenience. However, i like the prices so i will continue to use this service.

At closing hours we called the listed number and no one answered. Customers all call our offices when they are curbside and ready for pick-up as there is no way of knowing when or even if a customer is ready for pick-up. We are less than 4 minutes from the terminal. With respect: we cannot pick-up someone if we do not know that they require collection. Very pleased with this rental car company. Quick response for pick up from airport and driver very courteous. At time of car pick up & car inspection the staff member included some items that we did not pick up on. On day of departure, we arrived prior to opening and when a staff member arrived they took care of our needs and drove us to the airport promptly.
