Overall, we had a great experience. It took a bit longer to be picked up and to be waited on that I would have liked but other than that, it was excellent. The staff was professional and very polite. There were no surprises and we were very happy with the car.

The car was not up to date at all . Not able to charge my iPhone . Air after few mins blow hot air . Car needed to be serviced air charged . The car offered had so many dents and dings on it . You could have taken time to patch up and paint . First impression means everything you failed . However coming from the United States what could I do at the last minute. I would like you to take more PRIDE IN WHAT YOU RENT TO VISTORS . Show more Pride in what you offer . No Air No Refund ??

Thank you for your thoughts and feedback. Our apologies if your impression was skewed by this experience. As we ***ure you pride in all our fleet is front and centre and in fact, a huge tipping point for the company. Our customers repeatedly shares this with us. We also ***ure you that less than 5% of our rentals are older than 45 years old. With the vast majority being 2019 - 2022. The few older models are due to be traded out at year end with 2023 models. So we ***ure you, again, that impeccable service, cleanliness are matched only by our product offering. Furthermore, as a bit of insight, minor scrapes are addressed in quarters as I am sure you can appreciate addressing a minor ding or scrape after every rental is not possible. We also service all rentals at 4K miles and in the case of 2020 - 2022 models at 5K miles. In review of your file, we could not find where you informed us whilst on rent that your air-con had failed and needing recharging. A call to the agency would have allowed us to quickly address this issue for that rental. Our records indicates that you advised us upon return of the rental. We apologize that an inconvenienced discount was not offered at the counter for this as this is company policy. Mechanical issues can happen from time to time and we pride ourselves on addressing them but we do need to know when they happen. So, thank you for advising. We shall be in touch to offer you an inconvenienced discount for this AC issue. We sincerely hope you enjoyed your holiday in the Cayman Islands and thank you for making it SaveMore Rent A Car.
