Entire staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Carl was VERY diligent with attention to detail when surveying the vehicle for damage before we left the agency to ensure we wouldn’t get blamed for any pre-existing scratches/dents. He was also our shuttle driver and provided some great recommendations for “must-see” favorite spots. Much appreciated!

Overall, we had a great experience. It took a bit longer to be picked up and to be waited on that I would have liked but other than that, it was excellent. The staff was professional and very polite. There were no surprises and we were very happy with the car.
Left my Costa sunglasses In the car. Please enjoy they are expensive.
