Our courtesy driver was so friendly and helpful, everyone was very efficient, and helpful, there was no extras, everything was very straight forward
Felt very let down and the staff I spoke with before my rental experience should have been more knowledgeable and open with policy expectations before having me go forward in setting up rental and wasting my time completely by handling things the way they did.

We are shocked to see this post from this customer. For brevity and clarity to our loyal customers: This customer DID NOT RENT a car. This customer moved to the Cayman Islands and booked online for a rental. Our Customer Service Rep. at the counter in due diligence checks discovered that this customer was not legally able to drive in the Cayman Islands as they have been on-island for more than 6 months. This is not a "policy" as this customer casually dismisses, but instead a legal limitation. If in the Cayman Islands longer than 6 months you must convert to a Cayman driver's license. Our questions would be: 1) how do we become responsible for you not meeting the legal obligation to drive in Cayman? 2) How would our team know, without you explicitly mentioning it, prior to booking your rental that you were in Cayman longer than 6 months? There is not much more to add except: clearly this person has an ulterior motive in this post as our manager spent 15 minutes rechecking the law to see if there were any caveats and advising them how to book their appointment to obtain a Cayman DL. We then drove him back to his place of residence all free of charge. We then are at a lost to read: "handling things the way they did"! Did this customer prefer that we violate the law and rent him a car? Oh I get it: we are responsible for not asking YOU the unique to you question prior to YOU booking your reservation: were you in the Cayman Islands longer than 6 months?! The human mind that wants to be cantankerous always amaze all of us. The facts and truth are always important. We can only trust you have now gotten yourself sorted with a Cayman Islands DL since this interaction with you was nearly a month ago on 25th May.
We had a great experience with SaveMore Rent a Car. Carl and the team were very friendly and courteous and the shuttle came quickly after being notified of our arrival. Great service and value.

I loved the entire experience from being picked up at the airport to checking in and checking out from my reservation; everything was done in a timely manner, and the staff were courteous, respectful, and made the entire process easy. Would for sure rent from here again.

They were so accommodating when I had to change my reservations. Everyone that I came in contact with was super nice and friendly!! Carl was very helpful, friendly and funny! I highly recommend renting a car from them if you need one!!! They have been one of the best companies I’ve ever rented from!!
