This agency will try to fleece you for an additional $50 cleaning fee if there is sand in the vehicle. I find this unacceptable, as the entire island is sand, and some sand is going to get into the vehicle.
I protested this fee. They backed off, saying the fee is only charged when there is mud in the vehicle.
Makes me think the company is dishonest, and to be avoided.

This is not factual. We charge customers, as per your terms and conditions for renting including not returning rentals excessively dirty/filthy/foul smelling or for smoking in the car. The cleaning on our rentals are handled by a third-party vendor and who bill us whenever there is excessive cleaning including sand by our customers. We work hard to provide all customers with a clean, sanitize rental. It is part of our value proposition. You received a very clean car and we wish to bring the same to other customers. Taking care to simply rinse your feet/changing your wet clothes when coming from the beach, for example, would go a long ways to reducing excess dirt/wet seats in the car. We have lots of customers that have normal/reasonable amounts of sands with no charge. Customers who simply do not care how they return the rental car cannot/should not be surprised that they may be held to the terms and conditions that they signed when it is returned. That's not fair to the next customer behind you that are expecting a clean sanitized car and costs the company to maintain our rental cars for the next expectant customers including the extra time to clean delaying the rental for the customer waiting for their pick-up. It really is a simply courtesy. The security deposit is meant to help enforce this and your terms and conditions, again, clearly lay this all out. In your case, we approved the full refund of your security deposit and not because of the push-back but on further examination of the rental. We are not sure how you connect our stride at being fair and honest as something to be avoided? We trust this provides clarity to all of our valued trusted honest customers.

When i returned my rental, I KNOW HOW MUCH GAS WAS IN THE TANK, EXACTLY AT THE F MARK, I WAITED TO GET MY DETAIL INVOICE , the calculations were off. I was supposed to be credit a total of 182.93 USD but i was only refunded only 158.82. This was in addition that i would be refunded $13 for paying the taxi from airport. When i called to inquire, i was told that gas was at 3/4 tank. THAT WAS NOT RIGHT. I filled that tank 1 day before at night and returned the car the next day. I WANT A REFUND

Sir, the agent records the fuel level as the customer returns it. We also provide an opportunity for all customers to take the car back and drive to gas station (NEXT DOOR/NEXT TO US) and refuel the rental. Your terms and conditions states to return the rental as received and advises the refueling rate if brought back below that level. This is all signed-off on. Facts and honesty are crucial we would suggest. The vast majority of our customers are honest in this regard and even those who return rentals with less fuel are honest to know that there shall be a charge. On your other matter: our records indicate that a full refund was given to you for your taxi fare - Credit to TAXI RE-IMBURSEMENT -15.85! We provide a free shuttle service. However, if for whatever reason it is not available we do ask that our customers take the 3 minute taxi ride to our location and we promptly reimburse. Our records shows that this was done for you as well as indicated above. Again, we would strongly suggest that facts and honesty go a long ways in life. Thanks for visiting.
Overall experience was wonderful.
Great service and value. The car provided was very clean and fuel efficient.
Our experience was great. We were able to get a taxi from the airport to the rental place and they reimbursed us for the ride. Their shuttle took us back to the airport at the end of our trip. Jason was awesome and helped us when we picked up the car.
We had 5 people and were able to get an Outback which held our luggage and all of us just fine. I recommend them!

Worked as should, shuttle driver was very good.
This place was amazing. The Island was extremely busy and rentals were few and far between. Because of that, places like Hertz were charging $1900.00 for the week. This place gave us a new economy car, which is all we needed. Very good rates.. not anywhere near, $1900. Staff was amazing and our young chauffeur was the highlight. Outgoing and friendly. We will Def take him for lunch next time we visit. Great and reliable business that treats you well. Highly recommend. Doug and Kim Turn!! CANADA
