Staff was very friendly and helpful. Car was very clean. Would definitely rent from this company again/recommend to anyone traveling to Grand Cayman.
Slow process from start of paperwork to driving off the lot. Took 45 minutes start to finish.
We had a great experience with the car rental. Driver picked me up at Sunset House where we stayed and took me to pickup the car. Car was newer and very clean.
When we return the car at the end of our stay they arranged transportation to the airport.
We suggested Sunset House them to their list of recommended rental car agencies.

Great customer service
We had a perfect experience renting from this agency for one month. I will rent from them every time I come to Cayman, and will encourage my friends and colleagues to do so too. They were very helpful, trustworthy, and ensured flawless transportation to and from the airport (they monitored our flight status to accommodate our earlier arrival)

Apparently an email was sent to me previously to inform me that the rate I secured online would not be honored, and I would have to choose the vehicle I preferred at a higher rate, or a smaller vehicle at the same rate. I never received the email, as it was filed in my spam folder. When I arrived at the agency, neither the larger SUV at higher rate or smaller SUV at same rate were available. Only a compact sedan was available, which would not have fit our luggage. So I had to go elsewhere

Unfortunately, quite a twist on the facts and truth. The "supposed" email was sent as you found it in your spam you later advised. We tried to help you, even after we advised about availability to no avail. We would have got you in the rental you wanted the next day and even offered to get it to you at your location, again to no avail. We are not sure how else we could have helped, since, again, we advised months before your arrival that your rental request was not available. We are always disappointed when we cannot get customers in a rental. That's why we work hard to communicate unavailability. Sweeping misrepresentations of the facts are never helpful and frankly is dishonesty. We are happy that you were able to get another rental. All that's good.
Everything very good
I did not rent the vehicle since I made the reservation but was unable to locate my driver’s licence. Someone called me the morning of the pick up date but that was bad the person needs customer service training.
