Over 20 minutes late for airport pick up and then the employee was rude and unapologetic. Turns out he was owner of the company. Stay away from this place. Terrible customer service
We were in town for one day on our cruise. They were awesome, picked us up within 15 minutes of calling. They even made two trips to get our entire party of 5 to ther facility. They hooked us up with free WiFi while there to download maps and reach out to people back in the states. They even dropped us off immediately after we returned the car to our port. Get the full coverage insurance especially if your there for just a day. Driving on the left side with a right steering wheel is a trip:)
Car needed windshield washer fluid. Agent got some and put it in right away.
Location a little out of the way but free shuttle just took 10 min to arrive after hours because our flight was delayed.
Nick and the entire staff were amazing. They were very nice, honest and accommodating. He gave us back an additional insurance fee we selected over the internet, which he said was already covered in the insurance we selected. Nick sat in the car with my husband making sure he was comfortable with the controls. They even gave us a ride back to the shopping area of Georgetown after we dropped the car off. They exceeded our expectations!

The car was just a little marked up but ran like a dream. The business is local family run which is important to me. Nick treated me great and honored the online pricing from my reservation. Rather than have me wait for the shuttle, he had me take a cab and promptly deducted the cost from my rental. He drove me back to the airport himself. I would definitely rent from them again!
Car was virtually brand new and the gentleman from Save More was very friendly and courteous.
Overall I was happy with my car rental experience. The car was very basic and heavily used. This was OK for the price.
