Greeted with smiles. Great staff, really close to the airport.
Overall experience was good, the staff and service were great! The vehicle was very nice. Getting to and from the airport was very challenging. We had to use a taxi both times and only got credit back for one taxi/transfer.
The staff and driver to and from the airport were good people. Very little wait on receiving the rental car and rental car return process.

I will always use them now when I return to Grand Cayman. Not right at the airport but excellent shuttle service and you avoid the mob scene and cost of the airport auto rental plaza. Staff are excellent! They sent an email prior to rental which explained using a credit card for insurance and what to check was covered by the card used…very helpful. No nickel and dimming at the counter! Great experience!
The staff was great. Very friendly and even dropped us at our hotel after we returned the car. The car was as ordered but it was smaller than expected. Great experience overall and I would use them again.
