The quoted rate was a lie. They booked my reservation in the wrong city. They said they would pick me up and never came, leaving me waiting for 45 minutes. The computer didn’t have my reservation. I felt ripped off. NEVER AGAIN.

Garbage service, horrible agency, and the staff just trying to see how can they make more money with your rental, horrible service, will remenber it for the future, so i never even try to remt from trash agency. Garbage.

Most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a business. First staff member had his girlfriend sitting behind counter and told me to wait. He flat lied about toll roads. They had wrong car, which wasnt the size I ordered. When I told them, they refused to look at my reservation or talk to me. I said to cancel, they said fine, hit a couple buttons and said you will have a refund in 5 days. I walked next door, got an SUV in a few minutes and was off. Also, they were peeling out getting cars.

Bait and switch !! Scam artists. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. AutoRentals needs to stop listing them. Waited 1 hour for shuttle, when I got there the agent was busy fighting with prior customer. Then he ignores the prior customer to help me. Asks for insurance, I showed him, then he tells me rudely you don’t have 300k coverage. Told him my chase sapphire covers it. He said I have to pay $45 per day to buy their insurance or leave. No shuttle back to airport so Ubered. Wasted 2
