Garbage service, horrible agency, and the staff just trying to see how can they make more money with your rental, horrible service, will remenber it for the future, so i never even try to remt from trash agency. Garbage.
Young guy who gave me the keys to the car and to whom I returned the car was extremely friendly and helpful.
Most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a business. First staff member had his girlfriend sitting behind counter and told me to wait. He flat lied about toll roads. They had wrong car, which wasnt the size I ordered. When I told them, they refused to look at my reservation or talk to me. I said to cancel, they said fine, hit a couple buttons and said you will have a refund in 5 days. I walked next door, got an SUV in a few minutes and was off. Also, they were peeling out getting cars.

Very bad scam as they add extra fees to make my reservation the same as renting a mercediz Benz in any other respectful agency
Bait and switch !! Scam artists. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. AutoRentals needs to stop listing them. Waited 1 hour for shuttle, when I got there the agent was busy fighting with prior customer. Then he ignores the prior customer to help me. Asks for insurance, I showed him, then he tells me rudely you don’t have 300k coverage. Told him my chase sapphire covers it. He said I have to pay $45 per day to buy their insurance or leave. No shuttle back to airport so Ubered. Wasted 2
Very unorganized returning the vehicle was disastrous couldn’t find anyone to return keys even called the number 15 times almost missing my flight
Complete scam they added all type of random charges to take they quote above 2-3 times the original. They finally asked for 480 usd. Complete scam.
The guy picked me was not a good driver , he was reckless . Also I got a quote , and ended up paying over 4 times my quote, they forced me to buy insurance in-spite of I have my own and also they added toll charge in spite of I told them I am staying local
I don’t recommend this company at all, not professional not nice.
The only one who was nice was the lady who dropped me off , otherwise the other employees were rude and the car was beat off and I can provide pictures if needed
