From the first day I made the car reservation, I keept writeing. Nobody answers. This company is a gost. They have no custom relationship.
There was no rentall. Did not follow stelt for a regular renting.
Do not use this company!!!

I would not rent from here again. This operation is far off the airport grounds all alone and I felt very unsafe. The employees texted me broken English to arrange pick up, I thought it was a scam. Then they wouldn’t take my insurance and charged me an obscene amount to use theirs. I felt taken advantage of and this company is a rip off. Don’t be fooled by the low rates, they scam you into paying more when you pick up.
I was picked up after the office closed and the shuttle driver tried to charge me a $2,000 deposit which was never disclosed beforehand, the driver spoke broken English and acted as if he didn’t understand us at times. He told us he if we didn’t pay the money we would be without a car. Then he jumped back in his shuttle bus drove away leaving us standing on the curb. I’ve never had such poor service in my life. We came here to help out with the hurricane relief and this is what we got.
Dishonest company, from not being able to use my toll transponder to maintaining minimum $500,000 car insurance coverage from preferred companies, to having to drive a smaller car than I rented online. All of it should have been disclosed before rental. I will never rent from HDC again and I have made my feeling known on social media
