Very good experience, lovely guy met us at the airport and took us to pick up the car. Pleasant easy quick.
The inside of the window wasn't clean and got very foggy which made it difficult to drive at night, and made it necessary to keep on the A/V the entire time.
The best Car rental agency I have ever met, highly recommend.

The only thing I can think of that is require some attention is the pickup from the airport. It was not clear not from the mails I received after the booking, nor from direct emailing with Andrea. I was convinced that it will be on-site, when eventually - after I had to dial to the rental office, I should have been picked up outside...

Faulty tyre sensor not mentioned at rental start and only noticed after few kilometers causing minor stress at the start. However after communicating the issues it was handled adequatly. Proper car and very happy with the quick pick-up and drop-off at the airport. Thanks!
