Perfect. Best experience with a Car Rental so far. Shuttle service, no fiddling around, no hidden costs, good vehicle, no Problems with crossing the border to the turkish side.

Plus: pickup / drop off were easy and really quick. At other agencies you sometimes wait for hours. The biggest plus is that you can access the north part
Minus: the car was not really clean. We found old french fries, nuts and other trash - that was not really acceptable for a car rental and quite disappointing.
Furthermore the small building in the Auto Village smelled a lot like cigarettes. As you have to be there only for some minutes, it is somehow okay but still not very professional.

Fantastic service. The guys who work there are friendly and charming. I would highly recommend this agency that my friend told me about. I usually dread and dislike Car hire Companies abroad. The car we ordered was well looked after and ran well, better than I anticipated. I accidentally left the car keys in my pocked and remembered at the airport about to fly home. They were VERY understanding about it and did not give me a hard time.

I choosed the Daihatsu Mira (my decision) and cannot recommend that car. Next time I will spend a little bit more money to have a reasonable car. So, the agency was perfect and I learned that you should not go for the cheapest things in life, sometimes.
