Smooth experience. Picked at the airport after a phone call. Got a car in clean condition with full tank.
Return was also smooth, no problem.
Remember to take photos/video of car scratches/damages to have a proof upon return as it might be a different person you return the car to!

everything was fine
Great easy experience. I thought it was going to be a manual so I was surprised to be given an automatic. Never driven one before so was a bit uneasy at first. Plus it struggled on hills and seemed to change gear later than I would have done. But I could not fault the service. Lovely people.
Probably my best car rental experience in 30 years of renting cars.
