Very friendly staff. The process was very easy and took very little time! No upselling was done at pick up.

The car was a newer model. The car operated as expected without any issues. The staff at Leisure are very friendly, and professional. We met a Leisure representative outside the airport and we’re quickly transported to their office to sign the paperwork and we’re off in the rental in minutes. Returning the car was also very quick and easy. I will definitely rent from Leisure in the future.
The pick up was great, they were waiting for us as we exited the terminal. The drop-off back to the airport was flawless.
Easy and kind - recommend!
The staff greets you at the airport and then take you to their office to get the car. No high pressure sales. Since I filled out all the information online ahead of time, checking out with the vehicle who literally took 2 minutes. A fantastic experience! Why rent from anyone else?
There were some issues with the vehicle,
But I mentioned them when I returned to vehicle so they could be fixed before renting to the next customer.
Both reverse lights were out.
Windshield wipers needed replacing. Rained a lot while we were there and the wipers didn’t do much to help.
Need oil change light kept coming on.
Other than that, all was great.
Your rates were comparable to other agencies, but the service was far superior.
