The company tried to charge us an addition $35 for a pickup fee...we were picked up five minutes away from their location and I had entered our pickup location on the form in the box for “Pick up Location” and requested a confirmation on the pickup time. After arguing with them over this exorbitant fee, they finally waived the fee when we threatened to cancel our reservation. When we returned the car they refused to drive us back so we had to take a cab....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Great Service and excellent price
We were told that we would be picked up when we arrived in St. Maarten. Another rentacar company had to call Leisure to come pick us up.. We enjoyed the car, and everything else went smoothly.

Easy reservation, great rate, they met me at the airport in my rental car and drove me to the office (~3 mins away) to complete the paperwork (~5 mins) and off I went. Great experience.
