Frequently Asked Questions

The off airport shuttle pickup location is now at the Car Rental Center on the ground level at an area called "Pre Arranged 4" by column 1f. Please head over there once you have collected your bags. There are shuttles to take you there if you are in the Hawaiian Terminal or far away from that spot. Call us at 808-352-4890 and we will come pick you up!
We are located at 852 Mapunapuna st right behind Kau Kau Grill. From Waikiki its $20 - $40 for an Uber or Lyft and the Bus has great service also.
We do rent to those who are 18 and up however any renter who is under 21 must be covered on an insurance policy that has full coverage insurance which includes collision as well as liability. We do sell insurance to those without full coverage insurance on a personal vehicle however those who purchase our insurance must be over 21 and pay for the rental with a major credit card in their name.
Lucky Owl requires a $200 deposit on a debit or credit card.

Lucky Owl is located a rainbow away from the HNL airport in an area in between our 2 main thoroughfares right behind a popular local eatery Kau Kau Grill! We are 2 turns off of the main highway in either directions and have easy access to the roads to Waikiki and surrounding areas.
Lucky Owl Offers roadside services, local customer service, shuttle service to and from the airport and are able to answer most questions about your time on Oahu
