My only complaint was conflicting information about picking up my vehicle. We did an after hours pickup and I was receiving texts about shuttle info and navigating to the lucky owl facility which wasn’t necessary, since our car was in the airport parking lot.
Had to modify my reservation from 8 days to 5, called the office and they adjusted the original rate for me. Easy to deal with. Airport shuttle was great too.

Everyone was very pleasant and they even gave us a bigger car than expected.
Staff at Lucky Owl are great! I had an issue with my rented car but they quickly switched me to new car. My only complaint is that their cars have service and/or low tire pressure lights on which can be annoying even tho they told me that everything is fine.
All in all, I would rent again!

Loved how we could borrow an umbrella for free. Therefore, we not only returned the umbrella but a found a nice chair and returned that as well.
Great experience all around. Cool A/C on the ride to the lot and the car was basically new and clean! Everyone was hard working and fast. Will def use them again!
