Hidden fees when picking up/dropping off the vehicle at the parking garage... I had to pay the parking fees ($24) to exit the garage when they parked it in the short term lot.

I have sent an email explaining the issues I had with this company. I am sad to say i will not be using this company in the future for the reasons stated in my email. I am hoping something can be done in compensation for the inconvience that we had each time we used the car.

I am disappointed with the vehicle and the safety measures provided. On the first day, a passerby had to inform us that the rear lights were not working, which could have seriously jeopardized the safety of my family. A basic safety inspection should have identified this issue before the vehicle was given to a customer.In addition, there were undisclosed fees for garage parking, entering, and exiting. What I purchased through your site was advertised as all‑inclusive.
