The customer service I received was great. The van we rented was OK, it was well used and had some warning lights on the dash. The customer service representative assured us it had been checked out and everything was fine. My comment on this is if I am paying for a rental I should not get in and see warning lights on the dash.

Vehicle also had brake and signal light out.
We had a second van reserved for a week later which I cancelled - They indicated they did not allow cancellations. To their credit they eventually cancelled second reservation.
A very bizarre cancellation policy and overall not a company I would use again or recommend.
I was given faulty airbag vehicle. Also tire pressure was low. Driving within few minutes there was two indications for this faulty airbag and low tire pressure. Despite of having baby and children’s in the vehicle, we should have expected good vehicle I have the photo of this notification showing in display.
It was a fantastic experience. Leading a team and having an opportunity to rent a big vehicle is hard sometimes, but with Maxx it was a piece of cake. Competitive prices, great website, no hidden fees (which I really hate) and a very simple check in process.
