Excellent service
We rented the car for my family visiting Toronto, this was our first time renting a car and we're unfamiliar with Toronto. So I was confused at first as to where to pick up the car but I was able to call Parnam and he gave clear instructions how to get to the pick up location. Then the drop off was at their location and we were supposed to take a taxi back to the airport but Parnam was nice enough to drop us back off the airport!

It was fine. I think the overall price was a bit high, especially considering the added expense of gas these days. The parking situation at this particular location was also annoying, as I could not get the rental into a proper spot upon return. I ultimately wasted 45 minutes trying to park it in the garage.
