Billing was not accurate and needed confirmation.
I wasn’t told I needed a letter from my insurance company until I arrived to pick up the vehicle. I did NOT need the extra insurance as I am covered through my own insurance. However not having a letter ready meant I had to take it. I was told I couldn’t have the vehicle without the letter. If I was told I needed one earlier I would have provided one. I felt trapped as it was late Friday afternoon and I was leaving the next day.
Vehicle was good except the low tire pressure light

Car was a 2016, seats were spotted, front and rear suspension bushing were loose and noisy, windshield was crack at 2 places.

The vehicle was in very good condition and worked well. The staff were responsive to our needs and even brought a spare key upon request.
