First time renting from this company and it was amazing the Family had great time thanks
Vehicle smells, tire sensor fault on & off during driving makes driving uneasy, chips on the windshield waiting to crack. Initially quoted me I am not covered by my insurance ( ICBC) for rental under roadside plus. Charged me $500 right away to confirm reservation, $ 1000 for pre authorization because I did not buy the insurance. Then I have to wait 2-3 days to return my $ 500 reservation charge.

Great location for pickup
The people in the agency are not honest. They know that the mileage per day is only 150 km, they don't mention it to you, and pretend that you sign the document where it is written 300 km for you to have confusion that this km is per day not the one is allowed during your rental time. In addition, they don't show you the km before you live, so you will not know how many km you really used. Poor customer service. They are very different to other rental car such as Enterprise and Discount.
