Second time with the rental company
Was great and professional. Was afraid of extra fees as I have had some bad experiences with other companies. But all was good.
Do it again
I paid after hour drop off fee but no one there while dropping off to do the inspection but were asked to drop the key in the box which doesn't make sense for that fee.
Easy to use service
Everything was great and promised, thus I am very happy to use them as well as recommend them again.
It's been almost 3 month since my rental end and I still didn't get the $300 deposit back.
Cancellation policy for rental of larger vehicles (48 hours in advance) would be appreciated, as our use is weather dependent, thus being able to cancel and reschedule for another day would have been a great opportunity.
We were picked up at the toronto airport promptly using the same car that we are renting, but the driver seems to be in a rush to pick us up that I didnt have the time to install my child’s carseat properly before driving off to their car rental office. We rented a 12 seater van, rental rate is reasonable and the van worked fine although a little old. Upon returning the van, we were dropped off at our hotel. General experience is satisfactory. Will rent with this company again in the future.
