Good service and nice vehicle
The car rented to me was 6 years old Ford Fusion with 91000 km on the clock. The front tires were worn to the limit, front suspension was loose and noisy, screen washer did not work, one of the licence plate bulbs was blown, front side light bulb was blown, front windshield was very dirty from inside, car was full of dents and scratches, brakes were noisy specially when the car was cold. The renter told me the was 2015 but on the side door it was written December 2012. BIG liar
Good location near the airport and staff is helpful. I would definitely use them again.
- car engine/transmission was faulty as machine was vibrating/making loud noise every 1-2 minutes which needed to release accelerator every time. ( I called the office just after pick up and left a voice message sharing the faulty situation with them but no call back from them)
- several stained on back seats
There was problem with the gear box. the vehicle keep rattling while driving. it happened while it was in low RPM. The door could not be closed entirely and it keep rattling while driving, the seats are dirty and with stains. One of the seat belt locks was broken.

not particularly simple to get to or from. Dropping off after hours requires the customer to uber from that point.
I rented a vehicle from Maxx at Best Western Premier Carlingview Toronto. The vehicle was not there. It was at City Car and Truck Rental about 8 minutes away. This was an inconvenience both picking up and dropping off. I had to pay $20 for a Taxi to return to the hotel after dropping the vehicle off at City Car and Truck rental. Not cool!
