van was extremely spacious for the group and comfortable
There were a few issues and they were resolved.. I was not told that there was a price difference between the model selected and the one that was offered.
confirmation was a different price than actual. temp CSR met in the middle and I had to pay $100 more than originally quoted.
I will consider renting again, but it's strike one already.. best two out of three will determine if i will continue to do business with you...

Drivers side view mirror had significant damage upon pick up. Would have been nice to have that repaired.
Good service and nice vehicle
The car rented to me was 6 years old Ford Fusion with 91000 km on the clock. The front tires were worn to the limit, front suspension was loose and noisy, screen washer did not work, one of the licence plate bulbs was blown, front side light bulb was blown, front windshield was very dirty from inside, car was full of dents and scratches, brakes were noisy specially when the car was cold. The renter told me the was 2015 but on the side door it was written December 2012. BIG liar
