Good car and very smooth rental experience. Final balance was exactly as expected.
Ended up being a bit more expensive than planned, but the charges were as advertised.
The van was great. It had a lot of room and was very easy to drive
van was in very poor condition. missing vent covers inside, dirty, and quite a bit of damage to the outside of the vehicle. either needs to be repaired or replaced.

We had a family of 6 come visit me and my partner from India. We needed a 8 passenger Van. Kia Sedona did the job. It was nice and clean and we were given a full tank of gas as well for our ease. Definitely recommend Maxx Car Rental. Thanks for the amazing price as well.
I showed up promptly at the venue to pick up the vehicle at 9 as requested, and I had to wait about 20 minutes until someone was there to open the business and get me all set up with my vehicle. It was unfortunate as I had sent a message a couple days prior requesting that the vehicle be ready to go at 9 and was assured it would be ready as I was on a tight timeline and had others waiting for me, they were unhappy about this. Overall, it was a good experience, but the wait was disappointing.
Doors on vehicle sometimes didn't lock properly
Service was excellent and we were given the exact vehicle we booked. The interior wasn't perfect (broken cup holders for passengers and some stains in the upholstery) but it certainly met our needs. The acoustics in the econoline van are horrible, but that's not the fault of the rental company, just something for future renters to be cognizant of.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. There was a snow storm about to start and they called me to see if I'd like to come earlier to avoid the storm even though my booking was for a later time. I really appreciated that. Would definitely rent again!
