I have sent two separate emails to place requests for reservation for two different periods. Only the reservation for the longer period of renting was replied. Also I was a bit surprised to read that a successful reservation does not mean that the availability of the vehicle reserved was confirmed.
great rental spot 2 mins from the airport operating our of a hotel. Great options. low enough prices compared to the big guys. Definitely recommend
