Vehicle was old, had some condition and mechanical issues. Interior was dirty.
The AC didn't work in the front of the van .
There was some interior trim parts missing .
It smelled musty.
There were some issues with the reservation that caused me to make several confirmation calls. I booked online and was sent back a confirmation with the wrong date, I had to call to straighten that out. Then I received another confirmation days before my rental pick up date with the wrong location, I had to call to correct that also. I was also told I could park 3 cars at the pick up location, then 2 days later I was told I could not, that was annoying, causing me to scramble for a solution.
Everything went well. The vehicle was a little tired with noises from the front and back while driving

Perfect rental experience from start to finish, The vehicle was immaculate and ideal for our party and luggage. The guys were super friendly and dropped us back to the airport after our holiday. Would definitely recommend and use again.
