It would be helpful to clients to note that it is inside the hotel. I had some difficulty finding it as there is no exterior signage and no signage in the lobby.

I arrived early by an hour and had to call to have someone come in to help me. It took a little prompting to get someone to accommodate me before 9am. My rate was honoured. I was charged an extra $35 for after hours drop off. Not sure why dropping off keys costs an extra $35. Overall poor value.
Overall great experience renting from Maxx. Will definitely keep them in mind for my next rental
Other than for the fact of where thy are located I would rent again from them.
