I need to rent a 12-seater van and shopped around, this one is the most economical with more choices. The guy is very friendly and even available for returning in stats holiday, saved me one day's rental fee. The vehicle is bit old with some cosmetic damage but no problem with driving, drove it through the heavy snow with hills, fortunately the vehicle has manual shift helped a lot. Returned with full tank and no damage/scratch but the bill hasn't come out yet, will see if it has extra charge.
Great vehicle and service. Will be renting again.
We had the luxury of a pick and drop off from Vancouver airport, and the vehicle was good. Would like to rent from Maxx again in the future if we return to Canada.
Mandeep was extremely nice and helpful! He picked us up helped with bags and was great to work with! When we were running late to the airport he made sure we arrived on time by giving us a ride immediately.
The vehicle was very poorly maintained, and gave a lot of trouble during our long family trip.
The first vehicle broke down and we had to wait 2 hours for a replacement on the side of the road while on vacation. We missed our reservation. Also, because we got in after 9pm we had to pay extra for overtime for the worker. We will never rent from you again.
